Qualifications

• Proven hotel sales experience, with Marriott-brand familiarity preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting corporate, group, and event business to maximize revenue.
• Lead and coach the sales and marketing team to meet performance targets.
• Oversee the RFP lifecycle and utilize Marriott tools to secure bookings and optimize close ratios.
