Job summary

Lodging Host Hotel Corp is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at the Hampton Inn Austin/Airport Area South and Homewood Suites Austin-South/Airport. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, multi-tasking, and possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in data entry, general office duties, and proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Travel and outside assignments are possible, with bonus incentives based on production.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute sales programs at the direction of leadership.
• Keep daily sales calls database updated.
• Obtain information on prospective accounts and tailor proposals accordingly.
• Create proposals and contracts for new accounts and groups.
• Coordinate gifts for groups, VIPs, and guests; monitor event dates and bookings.
• Travel as needed, including occasional out-of-town assignments.
