Responsibilities

• Through standard sales activities (presentations, prospecting, calls, site inspections, client entertainment and business travel) the Sales Manager develops business and meets revenue goals.
• The Sales Manager is calm under pressure, excels in problem solving, and represents Virgin Hotels to clients and partners.
• Prepare quarterly action plans and target accounts, following sales & catering guidelines to secure high-quality business.
• Respond to clients promptly and communicate proactively within the hotel to deliver outstanding service.
• Lead by example to inspire a motivated team and nurture relationships in the hospitality industry.
