Job summary

Home2 Suites By Hilton – Ramsey, MN is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s sales and marketing efforts under First Call Hospitality. The role offers a starting salary between $60,000 and $65,000 and ties to a larger management company for support and growth.

Excellent training, development opportunities, and a strong team environment are highlighted. Responsibilities include soliciting accounts, attending sales blitzes, networking, and achieving revenue goals with weekend/evening

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as Director of Sales or Sales Manager preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in all situations.
• Ability to develop and monitor revenue and sales opportunities.
• Ability to monitor costs and adjust according to market conditions.
• Experience in leading, training and motivating a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Soliciting new accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Prospect for new clients with appointments and cold calls.
• Attend on-site and off-site sales blitzes and hotel tours.
• Attend outside networking functions such as luncheons and chamber events.
• Use creativity to explore new ways to increase revenue.
• Flexible schedule including some weekend/evening hours as needed.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, & quarterly sales goals.
