Managed by ARK Hospitality, this role offers up to 20 hours per week at $21 per hour, with potential to supplement hours through a Front Desk Agent position. Hotel or customer service experience is a plus; training will be provided.

Qualifikationen

• Friendly, confident communicator for phone, email, and in person interactions.
• Organized and comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Hotel, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and eager to grow.

Aufgaben

• Support the Sales Manager with calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Keep account lists, proposals, and group rooming lists organized.
• Research new business in the Portland North and Hayden Meadows area.
• Help with sales blitzes, client visits, tours, and community events.
• Build relationships with corporate and extended stay guests.
