Job summary

Soul Community Planet Hotels is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Attendant in Colorado Springs. Responsibilities include responding to guests promptly, maintaining spotless rooms and public areas, and coordinating with the housekeeping team to resolve issues.

You will help ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to standards while supporting the supervisor and covering shifts as needed. English proficiency and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive in maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints.
• Follow hotel policies for lost and found items.
• Adhere to hotel requirements for accidents, injuries and emergencies.
• Promote sanitation, safety, and security efforts.
• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness.
• Identify and report deficiencies to housekeeping for resolution.
• Enforce and uphold the hotel's cleanliness and service standards.
• Provide training and support to housekeeping staff to maintain quality.
• Collaborate with housekeeping supervisors to address guest concerns.
• Maintain inventory and monitor usage of cleaning supplies.
• Assist in inventory checks and cover supervisor absences.
• Assign rooms for cleaning and ensure public areas are maintained.
• Notify supervisors or engineers of maintenance issues.
