Job summary

The Guest Room Inspector is a Full Time hotel role in Colorado Springs. You will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction and act as the Housekeeping Supervisor when the Supervisor is not present.

You will inspect guest rooms and public areas, report deficiencies, train staff, coordinate with the housekeeping team, ensure safety and sanitation protocols, and respond to guest requests while covering shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Identify and report deficiencies or issues and coordinate with the housekeeping team for resolution.
• Train and support housekeeping staff to maintain consistency in cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist in covering housekeeping supervisor duties when the supervisor is not present.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
