Buffalo Lodging is seeking a Room Attendant for the Hampton Inn by Hilton-Coventry/Warwick Area to maintain cleanliness and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have hotel experience or be open to training, possess strong customer service skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• Able to navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
