Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Atmore is seeking a Hotel Room Attendant to maintain impeccable guest room cleanliness and service. You will Uphold high cleaning standards, wear the proper uniform, and greet guests with a courteous, service‑driven attitude.

This role emphasizes attention to detail and daily adherence to hotel policies for safety and efficiency. Applicants must be prepared for long hours, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and follow PPE and temperature checks before shifts.

Qualifications

• Long hours sometimes required.
• Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Face masks and PPE provided; temperature taken daily before shift.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service oriented manner.
• Maintain high standards when cleaning guest rooms. Pay extra attention to detail.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
• Comply at all times with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Handle items for "Lost and Found" according to the hotel standards.
• Be familiar with policies and house rules.
• Associates must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and other associates.
