Peachtree Group is seeking a Room Attendant responsible for the daily ownership and execution of housekeeping tasks, ensuring clean, inviting guest rooms and well-maintained common areas. You will communicate with guests and housekeepers to coordinate service and support the front desk as needed.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to standards, prompt laundry duties, stocking supplies, and reporting damages or lost items to management.

Qualifications

• Communication with guests and housekeeping staff to coordinate service.
• Teamwork among housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Ability to perform daily housekeeping tasks to standard.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms and areas according to established standards.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival.
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary.
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management.
• Report lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
