Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within allotted time using cleaning methods.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture, walls, and fixtures.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms per lost and found policy.
• Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment.
