The role requires a proactive team player with a strong guest service mindset, able to handle problems and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, with an emphasis on consistent quality and guest comfort.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets and towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning rooms after checkout
• Ensure rooms are cleaned per brand and IHM standards
• Notify supervisors of damages or disturbances
