Holiday Inn & Suites in Springfield, MO is hiring a courteous Room Attendant to keep guest rooms and public areas spotless, fresh, and welcoming. You will change linens, replace towels, dust surfaces, and ensure restocked amenities.

The position requires physical stamina, ability to work shifts, follow safety guidelines, and deliver excellent service to guests. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; on‑site training provided; benefits include PTO and insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Room Attendant or Maid.
• Experience with cleaning equipment and products.
• Good physical health and stamina.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Ability to work with little supervision while meeting high standards.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Change bed linen and make beds.
• Replace used towels.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Vacuum carpets.
• Dust furniture.
• Replenish bath care products (soap/shampoo).
• Restock beverages and food items in the mini bar.
• Clean public areas and report maintenance needs.
• Assist guests with queries and lost items.
• Ensure rooms are clean and tidy by shift end.
