• Strip, clean, sanitize, and restock guest rooms and bathrooms
• Deliver requested housekeeping items to guest rooms in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest rooms
• Deliver personalized, memorable guest experiences
• Be knowledgeable of hotel facilities and local area entertainment/dining
• Prompt reporting of maintenance issues
• Keep housekeeping supply cart clean, organized and stocked
