S&L Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant / Hotel Housekeeper for a Wisconsin location. The ideal candidate will work primarily 1st shift (roughly 8am–5pm) with weekend availability, a reliable work ethic, and attention to detail to maintain guest room standards.

Responsibilities include replenishing room amenities, thorough cleaning of rooms and bathrooms, and reporting maintenance needs. A background check is required, with eligibility for company benefits and growth opportunities across

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with focus on room setup to property standards.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 20+ lbs as housekeeping carts can weigh over 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work a 1st shift schedule and weekends.
• Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• replenish items in guest rooms including towels, linens, and amenities and respond promptly to guest needs.
• clean guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards (vacuuming, dusting, changing linen, emptying trash).
• report maintenance needs or items left behind to the appropriate department.
• become familiar with hotel safety and emergency procedures.
