Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and common areas, restrooms, removing soiled linens, making beds, replenishing amenities, and maintaining overall cleanliness. The role emphasizes exceptional guest service and teamwork in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective English communication and teamwork.
• Good personal hygiene, neat grooming, in uniform.
• Experience in housekeeping or laundry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more
• Remove soiled linens, towels, and trash from guest rooms
• Make beds, replenish amenities, mop/vacuum floors, and clean all surfaces and furniture in guest rooms
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
• Follow all cleaning procedures and best practices
• Provide friendly and kind service to all guests
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
