PAH Management is hiring a Room Attendant in Baton Rouge, LA. You will clean and service guest rooms daily, restock supplies, and maintain hallway and public areas to high standards.

You will work with the housekeeping team, follow safety procedures, and provide excellent guest service, ensuring rooms meet Marriott and hotel protocols. Flexible scheduling is required, with a typical 36–40 hour week.

Qualifications

• Read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Clean and service guest rooms daily per hotel procedures.
• Change linens and make beds to presentation standards.
• Clean bathrooms, windows, and balconies.
• Restock guest room supplies and amenities.
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor on priorities.
• Assist team members as needed.
