Phoenix American Hospitality LLC is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas at our Baton Rouge property. You will service rooms daily, stock the cart, and replenish linens according to standards.

Responsibilities include handling guest requests, reporting issues, and coordinating with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsabilités

• Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel procedures.
• Change linens and make beds to presentation standards; clean bathrooms.
• Replenish guest room supplies and amenities as per standards.
• Stock, restock, and manage the housekeeping cart per procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and report issues to supervisor.
• Coordinate daily priorities with the Housekeeping Supervisor.
