Olympia Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant in Harrisonburg, VA. The role focuses on creating a warm, clean, and comfortable guest experience through attentive room cleaning and high standards of sanitation.

You will greet guests, restock amenities, and coordinate with supervisors and staff to ensure timely service while maintaining safety and privacy. Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Provides friendly, high-level customer service and communicates effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and stay composed under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to established cleanliness standards, including beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
• Ensure linens, towels, and toiletries are stocked and refreshed; report deficiencies to housekeeping supervisor.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to maintain sanitation and hygiene levels.
• Greet guests kindly and respect privacy during room cleaning and service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries to enhance their stay experience.
• Report guest issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Collaborate with other room attendants and hotel staff to ensure smooth housekeeping operations.
• Communicate room status, special requests, and guest preferences to teammates to optimize workflow.
• Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor and take appropriate action.
