Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and communicate effectively with the manager and staff.
• Follow guidelines and meet time objectives and productivity standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms per company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts and laundry areas in good order.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms when needed per management direction.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Notifies front desk of any guest property left in rooms at checkout.
• Assists guests with reasonable requests when possible.
• Follows safety and security policies and completes required training.
