ESA Management, LLC is hiring a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms and support hotel operations. The role emphasizes delivering the best guest experience by following company standards and procedures and reporting maintenance and guest property issues promptly.

Responsibilities include maintaining carts, assisting with guest requests, and supporting other areas of the hotel as needed. Training and safety compliance are required as part of ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions and guidelines and communicate effectively with the manager.
• Understand and follow guidelines, meet time objectives and standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms following standards and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk/manager on duty.
• Reports remaining guest property at checkout to front desk/manager.
• Assists with guest requests when possible.
• Follows safety and security policies.
• Completes required training.
• Assists with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
