ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company standards and procedures. The role emphasizes delivering a premium guest experience and ensuring cleanliness across areas including carts and laundry spaces.

Responsibilities include reporting issues to front desk, assisting guests, and completing required training. The position may involve additional duties as assigned by management and adherence to all safety policies.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to understand instructions and follow guidelines.
• Good judgment and effective communication with manager and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms following company standards and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as needed and directed by management.
• Report maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Report any remaining guest property to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assist with guest requests whenever possible and practical.
• Comply with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Complete all required training including Extended Stay University.
