Job summary

Main and Vine in Brentwood, Tennessee is seeking a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms and hallways clean, stocked, and welcoming for guests in accordance with hotel procedures. You will greet guests, replace linens, manage supplies, and ensure rooms are secure and in good condition.

The role requires basic education, ability to read and understand instructions, and a commitment to guest safety and service. This is a full-/part-time position with an hourly wage of $17 and opportunities to perform

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate with guests.
• Ability to read and recognize similarities and differences between words and numbers.
• Ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, wax, scrub, polish and service guest rooms daily according to hotel procedures.
• Stock cart with guest room supplies at beginning and end of shifts.
• Greet all guests and provide courteous service.
• Replace linens on beds and replenish room supplies and amenities.
• Empty wastebaskets and keep corridors/service areas clean.
• Report damage, hazards, or security concerns to management.
• Return any items found in rooms or hallways to Lost and Found with details.
• Handle keys responsibly and ensure doors are closed and secured.
• Respond to projects or requests from Housekeeping management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
