You will handle room readiness, respond to guest requests, manage supplies, and maintain safety while prioritizing VIP rooms. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests promptly.
• Clean and service assigned number of rooms daily (16-18).
• Keep supply cart organized at all times.
• Ensure room doors are properly secured during service.
• Punch in rooms into phone before and after cleaning.
• Prioritize VIP rooms and maintain safety.
