Waterford Hotel Group in Gettysburg, PA is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendant to deliver a clean, welcoming experience for guests. You will service guest rooms, restock supplies, and maintain public areas to brand standards.

The ideal candidate brings attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, and employment is contingent on a background check.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and cleaning.

Responsabilités

• Clean and service hotel guest rooms according to hotel and brand standards
• Change bed linens and make beds
• Replace towels, toiletries, and bathroom amenities
• Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
• Empty trash and remove debris
• Clean and maintain public areas, hallways, and common spaces
• Respond to guest requests in a professional and timely manner
• Report maintenance concerns or safety issues
• Update room status with supervisors and management
• Restock housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies at the end of each shift
