Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms. You will play a key role in delivering a premium guest experience through meticulous housekeeping and timely service.

You will greet guests, manage linen changes, stock supplies, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. A positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail and strong time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to queries.
• Change bed linens and make beds to ensure guest comfort.
• Replace towels and amenities; maintain bathroom supplies.
• Sweep, mop floors and vacuum carpets to keep rooms clean.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Empty trash and keep public areas tidy.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.
• Update room status to supervisors/managers during shifts.
