Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Room Attendant to deliver a clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest experience. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, addressing guest requests, and supporting smooth operations across housekeeping areas.

Key duties include cleaning guest rooms, restocking supplies, and following safety and quality guidelines. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
• Changing bed linen and making beds.
• Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and soap.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Vacuuming carpets.
• Dusting and polishing furniture.
• Emptying trash containers.
• Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
• Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
• Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.
