Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels in Columbus, OH is seeking a friendly Room Attendant who will clean and service guest rooms and hotel spaces in alignment with brand standards. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will replace linens and supplies, inspect rooms for cleanliness and safety, and collaborate with the Front Office and Engineering teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, hospitality, cleaning, or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned hotel areas according to hotel brand standards and procedures.
• Replace linens, towels, amenities, and guest supplies while ensuring rooms are refreshed and guest-ready.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and readiness throughout shifts.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage closets, linen areas, and workspaces.
• Respond to guest requests and housekeeping needs professionally and promptly.
