Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Room Attendant for the Westin Annapolis on-site in Annapolis, MD. You will maintain guest rooms and public areas to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable experience for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms and rooms, changing linens, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance issues. Candidates should be able to lift up to 100 lbs, work as part of a team, and communicate effectively with staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to assist teammates and be a team player.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors.
• Strip beds and change linens up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, pictures, drawers and ledges; vacuum rooms; empty trash.
• Restock amenities and supplies; handle room keys and carts.
• Ensure room appearance meets cleanliness standards.
