Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort in Shelton, WA is seeking detail-oriented housekeeping team members to ensure guests enjoy a clean, comfortable stay. You will clean and prepare guest rooms during an 8-hour shift and maintain high standards.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 6 months related experience or training, and the ability to pass a background check. We offer competitive pay and benefits, and opportunities for growth within the team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare 10 to 10 guest rooms per day within an 8-hour shift, following the Hotel Housekeeping Guidelines and maintaining high standards.
• Ensure guest rooms are spotless, well-arranged, and fully stocked.
• Deliver top-notch service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with care.
• Perform routine checks on fixtures, televisions, radios, and heating/cooling equipment to confirm they are in proper working order.
• Adjust heating/cooling settings and radios for guest comfort.
• Identify and report maintenance issues to ensure prompt resolution.
