Frontier Hospitality Group’s Holiday Inn Express Bettendorf is seeking a Hotel Room Attendant. You will prepare rooms daily, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for guests, including handling linens, making beds, and bathroom cleaning.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and safe, efficient housekeeping practices. You’ll start on-site with a daily routine that includes organizing your cart, stocking supplies, and coordinating with the front desk as guest turnover peaks.

As a Hotel Room Attendant at Holiday Inn Express Bettendorf, you’ll prepare assigned rooms each day so every guest walks into a space that feels cared for. Key responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms; removing and replacing linens; making beds; vacuuming and mopping floors; cleaning bathrooms; and emptying trash while following brand and safety standards.

A Typical Shift

You’ll start your day on-site in Bettendorf by checking in with the team, picking up your room list, and stocking your cart so you can move smoothly from room to room. As guests check out and new arrivals approach, you’ll pace your work to match the day’s needs, staying organized and focused on finishing strong. Between rooms, you’ll coordinate quick updates with the front desk and housekeeping lead, handle occasional guest requests with a calm, helpful attitude, and wrap up by resetting supplies so the next day begins ready.
