Job summary

Island View Casino Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable and inviting guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas. You will clean and organize spaces, ensuring a positive guest experience and coordinate with hotel dispatch for found items.

You will act as a direct liaison with guests and support requests as they arise. This role requires strong guest service and cleaning skills with prior housekeeping experience; reliable, detail-oriented and able to follow

Qualifications

• Must have good guest service, communication and cleaning skills including previous housekeeping and/or cleaning service experience.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Ability to follow through with assigned duties and clean rooms as required by policy.

• Maintains and monitors guest rooms on boards as they become available.
• Acts as liaison with hotel guests and fulfills guest requests.
• Reports lost and found items to hotel dispatch in a timely manner.

Maintains and monitors the rooms on their boards as they become available. Acts as a direct liaison with hotel guests and works diligently to fulfill all of the guests request. Responsible for reporting lost and found items to hotel dispatch in a timely manner.
