Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Midtown seeks a reliable Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain clean and welcoming guest rooms. You will sanitize bathrooms, strip and remake beds, dust surfaces, replenish amenities, and ensure carts are stocked for efficient service.

A flexible schedule including weekends is required. Hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory, and a strong customer-service mindset is valued.

The Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati Midtown is looking for a dependable team member to fill a Housekeeping Room Attendant position.

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Clean and sanitize guest bathrooms (i.e. shower, toilet, sink, walls, tile, etc.)
• Strip and make beds according to brand standards
• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, and etc.
• Replenish room amenities
• Vacuum rooms
• Dispose of debris and empty trash
• Stock housekeeping carts for correct inventory supplies and neatness
• Take ownership of hotel cleanliness and room satisfaction results
• Ensure storerooms are clean, stocked, and secure
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Other duties as assigned

Must have a flexible schedule, WEEKENDS INCLUDED!

Hotel experience is preferred but not required.
