Primary Responsibilities:
- Loading housekeeping carts with supplies
- Turning off electricity (heating/cooling to fan or cool settings)
- Stripping beds and dropping linens in laundry for checked-out rooms
- Cleaning carts and labeling bottles correctly
- Ensuring rooms are cleaned thoroughly within 25 minutes in a fast-paced environment
- Obtaining signatures on work assignment sheets
- Vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and cleaning rooms and fixtures
- Cleaning bathrooms and removing used amenities
- Inspecting rooms for safety hazards and damages
- Reporting lost items, maintenance issues, or special requests
- Preparing rooms for guest arrivals and responding to requests
- Maintaining storage and stock levels
- Empting linens into laundry
- Recording room status and performing other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
- Previous housekeeping and customer service experience required
- Attention to detail and flexibility to work weekends and holidays
