Primary Responsibilities:

• Loading housekeeping carts with supplies
• Turning off electricity (heating/cooling to fan or cool settings)
• Stripping beds and dropping linens in laundry for checked-out rooms
• Cleaning carts and labeling bottles correctly
• Ensuring rooms are cleaned thoroughly within 25 minutes in a fast-paced environment
• Obtaining signatures on work assignment sheets
• Vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and cleaning rooms and fixtures
• Cleaning bathrooms and removing used amenities
• Inspecting rooms for safety hazards and damages
• Reporting lost items, maintenance issues, or special requests
• Preparing rooms for guest arrivals and responding to requests
• Maintaining storage and stock levels
• Empting linens into laundry
• Recording room status and performing other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

• Previous housekeeping and customer service experience required
• Attention to detail and flexibility to work weekends and holidays
