HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Senior Vice President of Revenue Performance to lead revenue management and distribution strategy across our nationwide hotel portfolio. You will head a team of regional, central, and on-property revenue leaders and partner with Sales and Digital Marketing to drive RevPAR and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive revenue management leadership in hotels.
• Experience with major brands (Hilton/Hyatt/Marriott) and independent properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rooms revenue budgets, forecasting, pricing, demand analysis, yield management, market segmentation, mix optimization and selling strategies to maximize revenue and profit.
• Lead revenue management for new property openings and takeovers, directing ramp-up and GM playbook execution.
• Develop and mentor a team of regional, central, and on-property revenue managers to meet RevPAR targets.
• Monitor revenue budgets, forecasts, and market share attainment; drive innovations in revenue excellence.
• Collaborate with brands, owners, and investors to demonstrate value of revenue strategies.
