Job summary

The DoubleTree by Hilton South Bend downtown location is seeking Restaurant Servers to join Baker's Bar & Grille. AM & PM part-time positions are available, paying $7.50 per hour plus tips. Our team provides friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Duties include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food, handling payments, and maintaining clean work areas. Indiana Serving Permit and food handling certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in the predominant language of our guests.
• Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures.
• Ability to handle money and operate a POS system.
• Stand for long periods (up to 5 hours).
• Lift and maneuver trays weighing up to 20–25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with friendly service.
• Take and relay food and beverage orders.
• Deliver orders to tables promptly.
• Maintain clean service areas and assist teammates.
• Process payments and present checks.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and invite return.
