Inn at Bellefield, part of Shaner Hotels, seeks a Restaurant Server in New York’s Hudson Valley. You will take orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction in a busy hotel setting.

The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior food service and cash handling experience are assets, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Formación

• Customer service experience in hospitality or public setting.
• Able to communicate professionally with guests and team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Minimum one year in a similar role or customer service.
• Capable of handling cash and processing payments.

Responsabilidades

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages to guest tables in a courteous, professional manner.
• Provide timely, attentive service in accordance with hotel standards and brand guidelines.
• Process payments and maintain accuracy of guest checks.
