Roost inside the Hyatt Regency Greenville is seeking a restaurant server to join our dynamic team. Compensation is based on experience.

The Restaurant Server will ensure guest satisfaction through dining room cleanliness and attentive service, and respond to guests' questions about the menu and preparations. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED preferred and the ability to speak, read, and understand English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction through dining room cleanliness and attention to guests' needs.
• Thoroughly and correctly sets up the assigned work station prior to opening and cleans station at end of shift according to AURO Hotels' policies and brand standards.
• Has working knowledge of property and facilities to respond to guest questions effectively.
• Knowledgeable about all menu items, garnish, contents, and preparation methods.
• Answers guests' questions regarding such with confidence and accuracy.
