Concord Hospitality is seeking an AM Restaurant Server in Raleigh to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. The role emphasizes friendly, proactive service and strong guest communication in a fast-paced food & beverage environment.

AM Restaurant Server Shift: 6 am - 2 pm.

Pay Rate: $10.00/hr. + average tip amount of $500 weekly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
• Makes decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction.
• Carefully monitors the operation of the F&B outlet and assists the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Engages with and understands our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication.
