Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking friendly associates to serve guests at our food and beverage outlets. Your smile and customer service attitude set the tone for a great day.

This hourly, non-exempt role starts at $8.00 per hour. Full-time associates may access medical/dental/vision plans, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401K, tuition assistance, discounted hotel rates, training and development, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
• Make decisions and solve problems in the interest of 100% guest satisfaction
• Carefully monitors the operation of the F&B outlet and assists the manager in identifying and solving present and potential guest problems
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication
