Job summary

The Sunny is opening Julene, a signature restaurant at The Sunny Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach. We seek a Restaurant General Manager to lead Julene’s service team, coordinate with culinary leadership, and uphold brand standards.

This strategic leader will drive guest experiences and financial performance while fostering a culture of hospitality. Reporting to F&B leadership, the GM will mentor staff, ensure seamless dining room and kitchen operations, and establish Julene as a destination for hotel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of F&B management experience.
• Full P&L management experience and strong cost control.
• Strong business communication and relationship skills.
• Professional appearance with a confident attitude.
• Excellent problem solving skills; ability to train in alcohol handling and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house operations.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
• Maximize profits through service quality and marketing; deliver outstanding guest service.
• Interview, train, supervise, coach, schedule, and conduct performance reviews.
