Job summary

The Sunny, a Curio Collection by Hilton, Sunny Isles Beach, FL, seeks a General Manager for Julene, to lead front-of-house operations, guest experiences, and service culture at a vibrant hotel restaurant. You will partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless dining room and kitchen coordination, while driving financial performance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or 5+ years in F&B management, strong communication, and proven P&L oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 year's experience in food and beverage management.
• Full P&L management experience and a strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor, management and bottom-line profitability
• Strong business communication skills and associate relation skills
• Present a professional appearance with a confident attitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management
• Experience with TOAST POS system
• Current Serve Safe Certification preferred
• TIPS or CARE CERTIFICATION
• CPR Certification preferred
• Available to work both AM and PM Shifts
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to train employees in alcohol intervention, food handling, and sanitation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.

Responsibilities

• The Restaurant General Manager is the strategic and operational leader of Julene.
• This role oversees all front-of-house operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving financial performance.
• Lead and develop the service team, partner with culinary leadership for seamless operations, and uphold brand standards.
