Job summary

Sunstream Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for Diamondhead Beach Resort in Fort Myers Beach, FL. You will perform building maintenance repairs, upgrades and routine service items to keep guest areas safe and inviting.

This role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, a full range of motion, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends or holidays. English literacy is required, and prior experience across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry or painting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform building maintenance repairs and upgrades.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
