Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
• Available to be on call and respond to requests on nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC units and plumbing fixtures.
• Inspect buildings for structural damage and perform repairs.
• Execute preventative maintenance measures to ensure efficiency.
