Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time Reservations Agent for the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center in Austin, Texas. The role handles guest reservations, promotes hotel services, and upsells products. Flexible schedule; prior reservations/customer service experience preferred.

• Previous hotel reservations and customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Complete the reservation process by inputting and retrieving information from guests and the computer system.
• Ensure correct room type and preferences are accounted for within the guest reservation.
• Assist guests with processing payments or charges and accept various payment forms.
• Provide guests with information about facility, services, and amenities.
• Receive special requests and coordinate with the appropriate team members for decisions.
