Compass Group USA is seeking a full-time Custodian for the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center – Rowling Hall in Austin, TX. The role focuses on keeping facilities clean, performing heavy cleaning duties, and supporting a safe, sanitary environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly; performs heavy cleaning duties.
• Dusts and damp mops floors; washes walls and glass.
• Moves equipment and furniture for cleaning; places them back correctly.
• Cleans assigned areas; sanitizes surfaces; follows eight-step cleaning process.
• Strips, scrubs, buffs and refinishes floors; shampoos carpets.
• Completes tasks as assigned; adheres to safety guidelines and infection-control plans.
