Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts on Little Palm Island seeks a Guest Services Agent to warmly assist island guests and visiting yachts with information and directions in person, by phone, or via radio. You’ll be the information hub, ensuring timely communication to the right departments for an unforgettable island experience.

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic team member who can multi-task, stay detail-oriented, and deliver outstanding service in a luxury on-island setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist island guests and visiting yachts with information and directions in person, by phone or on the radio.

The JOB:

As the Guest Services Agent on the Island, your friendly, energic and professional personality will assist Island guests as well as visiting Yachts with information and direction in person, by phone or on the radio as they embark on their dream vacation. This position is the hub for information and communication of happenings on the Island.

In our beautiful on-Island Quarterdeck, you will professionally communicate guest's needs to the necessary departments ensuring an experience of a lifetime for our precious guests.
