With over half of the seats located right on the ocean, The Dining Room seats 100 guests and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, our team serves wine and fine cocktails in the lounge, in-room dining, and caters to small, refined private gatherings.

SOMMELIER RESPONSIBILITIES

As Sommelier, you will curate and manage the restaurant’s wine list, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection. You will share your expertise with our guests and service staff. Merging your passion for wine with your understanding of fine dining, will allow you creativity flow with wine-parings. Conducting wine tastings and staff training sessions to enhance wine knowledge and service standards is an important component of the position. Your specialized knowledge will allow you to partner with our Executive Chef on daily menu changes.
