Responsibilities

• Keep public areas of the hotel clean and orderly, adhering to brand standards.
• Assist room attendants to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Assist maintenance with minor repairs and work orders.
• Respond to guest needs and requests promptly and hospitably.
• Help with baggage and guest amenities as needed.
• Adhere to safety and security guidelines and emergency procedures.
