Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a House Attendant to maintain guest floors and public areas, including fitness centers and meeting spaces. You will support Room Attendants and assist with housekeeping duties under the supervision of the Housekeeping leadership.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a willingness to adapt to changing needs while ensuring cleanliness and guest comfort across hotel spaces.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest floors and public spaces.
• Vacuum hallways, lobbies, corridors, elevators and stairways.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstery and draperies as needed.
• Stock and organize linen and supplies for carts and storage areas.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy lifting and moving of furniture and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, pool areas (as applicable) and public spaces.
• Provide friendly greeting and helpful service to guests.
